With Spring almost upon us we are looking forward to a brisk period with plenty of new instructions and sales.
We are delighted to report that following a weeks marketing we have agreed a sale in Crawley Down Road, a very nice detached 2 bedroom bungalow, and in doing exceeding our clients expectations by about £20k. Our purchasers are delighted particularly as they are cash buyers looking for early possession, and this is an ideal situation for my client-so fingers crossed.
I am pleased to say that this sale was a direct result from my advert in the local Observer and ironically I had two enquiries from the paper and both people were interested-so local advertising does occasionally work.
Talking of the Spring we are embarking on another major leaflet drop soon and highlighting our offer of 0.50% with no vat and available until 30th April 2012.
Still getting plenty of investment enquiries primarily for high yield properties in prime London locations, and I still have a number of excellent opportunities available.
