Plenty of investment activity

Plenty of investment activity the last few weeks with more and more opportunities being received, plus some very interesting enquiries.

We have received a number of potentially high yield properties including one in Croydon where a 15% yield is being achieved from 6 self contained residential units, and indeed a very high yield in this day and age.

Several opportunities have become available in the north of England where we have several BMV opportunities on new build developments of houses and flats, good yields and of course potential excellent long term capital growth. The developments are in Barnsley, and Durham and if you would like further details let me know.

In Camden London we have a very attractive period built four storey 11 bedroom house with HMO use and ideal for potential conversion in to four flats and again where we have potential interest.

We have recently received an interesting instruction of a residential portfolio comprising 15 properties and situated in various parts of Scotland, Glasgow, Falkirk, Aberdeen etc and can be bought circa £1,080,000.

A number of excellent enquiries have been received primarily from overseas investors looking to buy UK investments such as Boutique Hotels, Private members club, Portfolios, ground rents, Brown field sites, HMO's and high yield producing properties.

Several prime investment opportunities have been received in the much sought after Mayfair area in London some commercial with potential to change to residential prices from £18m

Terry Carr Residential prime Investments

Terry Carr Residential has decided to break away from the 'end user market' and concentrate on the Prime Investment market concentrating primarily on London but also including Surrey and Sussex.

We already have a portfolio of some 50 properties, and this is growing on a daily basis. We are targeting prime areas of London North, South, East and West and currently have stock in Bayswater, Paddington, Maida Vale, Mayfair, St Johns Wood and many other highly sought after locations.
