London probably the safest bet for consistent capital growth.

With more and more overseas investors registering to buy prime London residential/commercial stock, London is now regarded by many as being the best place for capital investment and long term growth.

I have buyers registering from various parts of Europe and further afield wanting to buy portfolios of property, serious buyers with substantial funding to make speedy purchases.

Established Hotels are very much in demand, particularly those which are 100% off market, 4/5 stars and 50 rooms+. We currently have several and including a fabulous 90 bedroom 'trophy' hotel in St James on offer in excess of £85m and another one overlooking the river Thames, 460 rooms + planning for a further 200 rooms for a cool £264m. An interesting opportunity has become available, minutes from Hyde Park and comprising several adjoining Hotels, in need of refurbishment/improvement and asking £27m.

A number of opportunities further afield have been received including an excellent potential development opportunity in Cheshire, and a substantial portfolio of houses in Wales all let on AST's  and with 12 months income guaranteed.

Student accommodation has also become sought after, and we currently have
a new build scheme under way in Wembley Middlesex comprising 450 units expected to be completed by June 2015, asking £45m and with plenty of early interest.

Anyone for Golf? We have received details of a well known golf course for sale a few miles from London and with potential for development, price and further details on request.

Or Essex? A number of interesting properties including a portfolio of mixed use properties, commercial/residential, properties let to 'Blue Chip' clients, Hostels/registered HMO have been received, all competitively priced and further details on request.

One of London's most famous roads, The Bishops Avenue has four individual plots of land for sale with a consented scheme to build a substantial luxury house on each and available for £40m. Individual purchases may also be considered.

We have details of a very interesting scheme in East London, circa 52000 sq ft, currently mixed use but with potential for a sizeable residential development subject to planning, asking £5m .
