Well the ups and downs of Terry Carr Residential are set to continue and we apologise to our growing audience for the many months of silence due to various reasons.
The last 12 months have seen various activities, having been asked to return to a former employer in Paddington London (big mistake) and have since resigned following a 'financial meltdown'. During this time Terry Carr Residential has been progressing with some interesting investment opportunities including Prime London Hotels, land with planning, and mixed use opportunities.

Demand for 4/5 star prime London Hotels is growing and I have recently come across a 'trophy' hotel 80+ rooms, 5 star in a fabulous part of London and on offer for a mere £80m. Several other Hotels have reached us, three of which forming part of an SPV and from 40+ rooms.

Several mixed opportunities have been brought to our attention, a couple in Camden Town featuring commercial premises on the ground floor and residential accommodation above, from £1.1m

We still have an interesting residential portfolio for sale comprising 15 houses/flats in the Scotland area, all let and producing a yield circa 6.7%.
Several development opportunities have come in  and in various parts of London
with planning and ranging from two most prestigious 7 bed 7 bathroom detached houses to 7 four bedroom houses. We also have a substantial site with planning for sale in Sheffield for just over £500k.

We took time out last week to get away for a long weekend in Amsterdam, a city I have never visited before and well worth it, with all its famous Museums, Van Goughs, Anne Franks House, and off course all those canals-not to forget the interesting design of their houses too.

Enquiries continue to flood in from investors and end users looking for all types of residential property including one enquiry for two houses in Mayfair withy B1 ground floor use, and if anyone can help here substantial funds are available for the right opportunity.

We are also looking for land with or without planning in London, Surrey and Sussex, as well as commercial buildings with residential potential.
